I got two Axolotl about 3 months ago and have never had a problem keeping the house cool until this week ... Its been in the 90's and their tank has been 75 everyday the waterbottle trick isnt cutting it the fan isnt cutting it, I can't fridge them and Natsu doesnt wanna eat because he doesnt feel good from the heat so he is losing tons of weight. Our AC is broken so I dont know what to do and we dont have a basement

Try to keep the waterlevel to the max, put the fan on, do the bottle's of ice.
Also, a trick I found could be helpfull:

Get a big towel (must fit around your tank).
Soak it in cold water.
Wrap it around your tank.
The water in the towell should evaporate, and evaporation needs warmth, so it will take the warmth out of the tank!

Good luck!

Maybe not the most comfortable solution for your axies but if all those other aren't working and if you have a cool box or something you can put ice packages or bottles with ice on the bottom, a towel on top and on top of the towel a container with your axies. Then put the lid on top but make sure you leave a gap for fresh air.
The ice won't melt that fast as when you put it in the tank. And it once saved my juvies when it was extremely hot over here.
