I saw some lights and here am I !

I don't have any newt or Axo right now, but i attend to get some.
My tank is ready now, i just wait to find the good species to live in it.

I'm looking for an aquatic one, but it is quite difficult to have some different choices where i live. Even cynops are difficult to get. I prefer small species than Waltl for example.

I'm sure here, i'll find help to raise my little guys later. I already met SmilySam, that offered me to send some eggs. That's very nice!

see you around

Franz

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
