Funny enough one of my axies was leaking a couple of eggs everyday for about a week. xxianxx said its normal behavior for 1 or 2 days but not for a week and recommended i start a topic. so here it is
any ideas?

Could you add a photo of the female and the eggs please ?

I have not come across this before  Does she share a tank with a male and are the eggs fertile?

the couple of eggs are white and i seriously doubt they were fertile
i dont have the eggs anymore i got rid of them. the female is in with two males. i think i saw a spermophore on the bottom of the tank today so im guessing this could be good news.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
