This is a very odd question, but does anyone know if an axolotl can regrow a torn lip? While feeding my axolotl, he bit the turkey baster so fast and hard it tore a chunk of his lip. It healed but left a small chunk out of it. He looks like a jack o lantern. And while I love him regardless of how he looks, I was curious if this would grow back? Thank you.

Well, axolotls are pretty famous for their ability to regrow lost body parts. That being said, it may grow back, but there may always be a small chunk missing there. My own axolotl lost his hand to a tank mate before I got him, and when it grew back it ended up being a little gimpy compared to the others. But it still functions just fine and it doesn't bother him any. Your axolotl should be just fine.
