Shipping Axolotls?

Hey guys, the breeder of my axolotls (and a friend of mine) I purchased from, is having a hard time selling her Axolotls locally. I mentioned something about shipping them and she said she might be willing but was not sure how to? We live in Oregon, not sure if that matters, but can anyone tell me how? Maybe there will be some lot l's advertised on here soon?!:rolleyes:

I believe there is a thread floating around here somewhere that has tips for shipping axolotls. I'm not exactly sure where it is, but I do remember seeing it recently, so you won't have to do too much digging to find it.

    Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
