Hey all,
My friend has a few axolotls that we think are growing really slow. Until recently they have not had a consistently good diet and thus have been slow to grow up until here. Now they are fed a pellet diet and live black worms and ghost shrimp. They have grown recently, but we are worried about how big they are. The largest is about two years old and about 7 inches. The other two are smaller at about 6 inches and a year or so old. I have a feeling they have growing to do, and I know they are probably so small due to their poor diet beforehand. Do you think these axolotls have the potential to get larger or are they stunted? How big do axolotls typically grow as adults? Thanks!
