How much to sell axolotls

Not sure where to place this thread~

Was trying to find out what is the going price for babies 1-3 inches long~ want to find them new homes now that they are getting bigger~ they are all leustic types. Also thought about selling them to local pet shops, but don't want to give them to the wrong people. hard selling babies that u get attached too lol. but I already have 2 55 gal with 5 adults, and now 3 smaller tanks to house 16 babies that are growing fast LOL. needless to say my house is becoming a huge aquarium and at this rate all the house will have in it is aquariums :p

    with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

    Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
