can all amphibians handle a night light without it bothering their day night cycle cant find any info on it

the blue moonlight 15w bulbs you get for reptiles aparently they dont give off much heat

If you knew what wavelengths the eyes are sensitive to, you might be able to find a type of light that has colors you can see, but will appear very dim (or totally dark) to the animal. No clue where to get that kind of info though.
