This thread is also an overdose of cuteness. :D

I could probably look it up, but I'm too lazy. What exactly are those greenish blobs in that tank? :p

And I agree with the others, that is just too cute <3

Decorations, siliconed in place to prevent my new Dyson axolotl vaccums from sucking them up.

My male. Possibly one of my favourite photos :D

Axolotl Vs Dobermann...

Axolotl ALWAYS wins! :D

Dobermann tries to knock herself out cold snipping at the glass  lol

I'm getting a much taller cabinet for my tanks - currently I think it's bordering on axie torture - the tank is covered in a black plastic wrap 80% of the day or when the dogs aren't in crates :(

Nikki, the axie in the first picture is so pwetty :D

Thank you for the compliment :)

That's my unplanned egg :D

I absolutely adore both my axies,
but given all my original axie went through...
•being sold as a bonus egg on a plant for a Betta tank!
•leaping from tank 5' above tiles 0.0
•breaking arm >_<
•having arm amputated O.O

He/She has grown up to be a very healthy cutie patootie :D

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
