So i had two thing i was curious about, the gfp and leucistics with freckles.
What do you like?
 
Mine was freck-less. Now her head is 1 big freckle/greenish-ish. First I thought something was wrong, but it's still there and she's acting like a normal lotl):

I love the freckles on mine!
Wish I could get a good picture (my camera is rubbish). I love the way his freckles are formed in lines. The picture doesn't do any justice, they look so much clearer in real life.

My Charmander doesn't have any freckles, just gold speckles, but I think they're awesome. they add personality and look adorable :D
 
Mine doesn't have any freckles! well... not that you can notice. I suppose she might have light-grey ones if I look close enough
 
freckles. my sara wouldnt be the same with out them

I don't have any with freckles... but I wouldn't mind if mine did have a few. :3
 
Freckles are so cute! If they have loads it looks like they're wearing masks ^.^
 
At what age do the freckles appear or are they there from birth

    Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
