Hello I was wondering if there are any uk(London) Japanese fire belly newt breeders that have one for sale
And the question I have may seem a bit obvious or stupid but can you keep Chinese fire belly newts with Japanese fire bellys ?

There are a few of us in the UK that breed Japanese firebellies, the best way of finding some in your area is to post up a wanted add in the trade section.
Generally speaking, you should never mix newt species. Female Japanese firebellies are at least twice the size of the Chinese ones and would easily out compete them at feeding time. If you want to keep both species just set up another tank.

    Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation
