Default Fungal infection?

I have had clementine since the beginning of March. Four days ago I noticed a white bump on his lip and assumed it was a fungal infection. I have been doing salt baths twice a day for ten minutes. After four days no changes. Ammonia and nitrites are zero, nitrates are about 20, ph is 7.6, and temp is 64-65 degrees Fahrenheit (have an aquarium chiller). He has been hiding under Indian almond leaves lately as well. Is it a fungal infection or something else?

It doesn't look like a fungal infection. I would stop the salt baths. To me it appears as a very small lump and if it is not growing or changing in appearance I would not worry too much. I would just monitor it and if it changes in appearance or grows then it may be better to find a vet in your area to take a look at it.
