I usually just keep my meal worms in the small container they come in, i just buy the smallest package since they are more just to add variety into the diet, not as the main food source because of their hard exoskeleton. Maintaining them for a period of time is difficult because they will turn into beatles. Make sure to keep them in the fridge as this will slow down their growth. If you do feed them these, give them maybe once a week, usually my toads will only eat 2 of the smaller ones before they just ignore them.
Crickets, you may wanna take a ride to your local petshop and they usually sell little cricket keepers that have tubes in them that the crickets climb up, it makes feeding a much easier task. I feed my crickets Fluker's High-Calcium Cricket Feed as this gut load won't kill the crickets after a few days like some other brands will. You must have a source of water for the crickets, but its best not to have a water dish as crickets aren't smart and will drown in the water. Fluker's does make a gel water with calcium and vitamins in it, but I haven't tried it yet. For now I just use pieces of fruits, such as oranges.
