Does egg color indicate morph?

My Golden Albino X Speckled Leucistic had a clutch of eggs that were all white which have now hatched. They're all pretty similar looking, light colored with dark speckles all over and dark eyes. They look like they could be speckled lucys but also like they could be light colored wilds, so I'm wondering if its possible for wilds to hatch from white eggs?

Edit: accidentally added this to general instead of eggs and breeding if someone knows how to move let me know

The egg color only reflects the mothers genetics. What was the male? Was he speckled leucisic?

The male was a speckled lucy and the mother was the golden albino. So it is possible to hatch wilds from white eggs? Then I'm guessing I have mostly wilds! Their genetics are so interesting

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
