Talking Please post pictures of your tank!!

I would love to see all of your tanks, dolled up for your happy axies! I know several people have their own threads with their sweet tanks, but maybe the mods can make this one a sticky for us all to referrence? I'm dying to see your creativity and maybe use some ideas for my own 55g tank.

Please and thank you :)

Here's a couple...One is my andersoni tank and the other is my axolotl "boy" tank. The boy tank has more water in it now (easier to keep cool)... Pretty basic, but they seem to like it.

And the tank and stand (that I designed) and that I am about to order custom built. I found the aquarium pic online and LOVED the rock wall so I will be doing that in it when I can remove the dividers it will have in there to start with. Add LOTS of plants and that's pretty well what it will look like. It's a 5x2x2 (149 Gallons) Minus the fish of course taking care there are no sharp edges.

LOL They aren't that big on my screen, they fit quite nicely I do vaguely remember setting mine to the fixed width option so maybe that's why it's different. Won't let me edit my post now either or I'd make them smaller for you guys. What can I say Michelangelo knew how to carve sorry about the shock sweetie

What did you use to get plants to grow from the side of your 4ft tank? It looks brilliant!

Thank you
Not sure which plants you're looking at If you're talking about the long strappy ones (Vallisneria gigantica americana) it's planted in the sand behind the rock caves, right in the corner, and the top of the cave has been pushed back almost against the glass to keep them out of the way it does kind of look like it's growing off the side of the tank.

Hi, I too got the same shock but ti was ok,
I do have a question for you, if you don't mind? What type of sand to you have in that tank? The black sand with the Michael Angelo, this is something like I have been looking for.
Thanks

Here's my tank, I'm not completely satisfied with the setup though, I think I want to add more plants or hides to it so any suggestions would be great :)

All of your tanks are so pretty! You have very lucky pets. I love this forum, it makes me realise there are people who love their animals and give them lives they deserve. Especially "fish"...anything that lives in a fish tank people seem to regard as a decoration and not an animal that needs proper care. Great work, they look fantastic
