I'm very confused/concerned about the health of my frogs, I only have one left! I used to have one American toad, two chubby frogs, and one pacman frog; but now I only have one chubby frog (my male), the rest have died to some illness that had kept them from eating. They all had an abundant amount of food (crickets),where all kept at proper temperature, and had water. What happened? I'm very concerned about the health of my remaining chubby frog. what happened and what can I do to keep this disease from spreading?!

I've had the chubby frogs for about two months, the pacman frog a year, and the two I've had for about a year

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
