Hello everyone! I have to lovely axolotls that are about 5-6 months old. They used to poop A BUNCH (at least once a day). Recently, they haven't been pooping. One of them pooped a few days ago, but one of them hasn't pooped in a week and a half. I don't know what to do. I heard that fridging stresses them out. What should I do? Also, should I keep feeding the one that hasn't pooped in a really long time? I'm worried he's gonna have a lot of pressure built up in his stomach. Help!
FYI I'm feeding them either 2 red wigglers each daily or 1 nightcrawler each daily. Thank you!

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
