So after upgrading their tank, I am considering using their old tank to breed shrimp. I really love tiger shrimp, cherry shrimp, etc., so I was considering breeding them for food. Are other dwarf shrimp just as nutritious as ghost shrimp?
Another quick question too, are ADFs compatible with shrimp? I love seeing a variety of species in a tank :D

I have always loved cherry shrimp. They are easy to breed and are cheap and axolotls will eat em! love your signature btw.

Do you keep them directly in the axolotl's tank or would they get wiped out faster than they could multiply, even with hiding places?

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
