Hi I'm Jordan and I recently discovered Axolotls. Yesterday I ordered a 20 gallon long tank and a lot of supplies I read I will need to keep one, I plan to cycle my tank then look for my axie. I hope to get an adult male. Preferably a dirty lucy or a lucy with some markings. I also got the stuff to start a worm colony. I joined some groups on facebook but as always they left me wanting. I realize these little guy's care is pretty basic but I want to learn as much as I can before I bring home my new pet. I live in a semi sublevel apartment meaning about 1/3 of it is underground, makes it easier for the AC to keep the apartment a good temperature. I still have some things to get to care for the tank next month so it may be June before I look at purchasing my axie. I look forward to sharing and learning.
