Hello all.
Thank you for accepting my registration. I have had 2 Axolotls for the last 2.5 years. They are both full grown and have been happy with no problems. In the last couple of weeks I have noted the one of them has been losing weight but still eating, pooing and doing all the usual things that they do. He has lost the tip of his tail but I cannot see any change in his skin condition or behaviour. I don’t know why he has lost weight but the other one has not been affected. Does anyone have any suggestions please. I would hate to lose him due to a lack of knowledge.
The other thing is that I have tried to feed them Axolotyl food and they both regurgitate it and won’t eat it at all. The only thing they will eat is blood worms. They won’t even touch brine shrimp.
Thanks in anticipation.
