Default Put newt in distilled water !!!

Iím moving with my paddletail newt and read somewhere that i should use distilled water for him, so i bought a bunch of gallons of it and have been keeping him in it for the past 24 hours. i just did more research and realised how bad it is for him. im going to change him into spring water now but im worried heíll die. will he be ok ?? what impacts will this have on his health ?? sorry for the frantic post im extremely stressed out over this !!!

Just keep him in his regular tank water for the move. Don't overthink it.
