New Axolotl

I had gotten a new Axolotl on Tuesday and she ate well that day and also ate well on Wednesday Thursday she ate some in the morning and I had rearranged her tank a little and she seems very scared of me now and keeps hidind and won't eat and I was wondering if I should be concerned or an I just paranoid also is there anything I could do to make her more comfortable?:confused:

Hi Sherrie. I'm sure your axolotl will be fine and is just settling in. As long as the water parameters are ok, and you are offering a good diet, then just keep an eye on her for a few days.

Thank-you for your response she is doing much better now no longer hides from me

She is such a cutie. :D

As she grows you might want to change the gravel at the bottom of the tank to sand, just in case she manages to ingest any.
