Hello, I became a mother to 2 Axolotls in April. I have learned so much in this forum. Does anyone have a suggestion for pellets that won’t dirty the water too much? I have been feeding earthworms but thought pellets might be a nice change for them.

Welcome! All the pellets (and food in general) will pollute, so the best option is to put aside 10-20 mins to observe feeding and remove any uneaten food. Worms are nutritionally better than pellets anyways so it is better to stick to them. Once I week I pull Bucky out into a tub while I do a water change, and I feed him the messy food- bloodworms and pellets- so they don't pollute his tank water.
