Hi guys , i've got some pics of wild fire salamanders from north of italy .
We call it " salamandra pezzata" , this pictures was taken douring a rainy day in a forest near Lecco .
Season , July .

Hi, I'm from Nothen Italy (Veneto Region) and me too i find a lot of young salamander in the little pool near home but is not easy to see adults. In which season did you took this photos?

One of the most famous salamander species in Europe and the largest representative of the Salamander family. I love these animals, thank you very much for sharing:talker:.

I had never noticed this thread before. I actually have some animals from the US pet trade that I believe originate from northern Italy but I've never seen photos of native northern Italian animals to compare.
