Default Green tree frog help

I can seem to find what lighting wattage i should use for my tree frog its the summer so it doesnt need heat so 25 30 40 or 50 watts should be good? And long should i have it on daily?

How big is your tank?And you should leave it on for 10-12 hr's or when ever you wake up until it gets dark out

I have a 10 gallon tank lots of planting places to hide and climbing i was wondering if this is a good light and not to much watts Zilla Blue & Red Incandescent Heat Lamp Value Pack at PETCO

Its good to simulate natural hours of the day. I have a friend that copies the exact hours of day and night with his timed lights. His frogs and plants in his terrariums always looked to be in good shape. I keep my lights on for about 8-10 hours a day. As for wattage I'd use something that doesn't radiate a lot of heat. I use 40 watts for all my setups. Plants grow nicely! Good luck!
