Amphibian and Reptile Conservation have recently published a new handbook titled as per the thread title. Although you can buy a hard cover version it available free from their website. It's primarily intended as a practical resource but contains a lot of great photos and would be of interest to anyone into UK amphibians and covering native only (no real information on invasives).
It's a pretty slim volume at around 70 pages but has an excellent and extensive further reading section.
