Pretty sure it's not. American bull frogs don't have that green line going down its back. The body is right, but that body shape fits a lot of frogs.

To me it looks like a nice green pelophylax sp, probably ridibundus or kl. esculentus.

It looks almost identical to some P. lessonae/ridibundus/kl. esculentus I saw in Belgium last summer. Pictures attached.
