Default My axolotl just vomited. Help?

She isnt acting unusual except for the fact that she just vomited up A LOT of blood worms. I noticed because, luckily, I was taking pictures of her at the time. Has anyone else ever seen this? Here are a few pics I took just before the incident. She looks healthy to me, what do you think? Her water looks cloudy in the one picture but it is really quite clear, I think this is just the camera angle.

Maybe she just ate too fast. Don't get too worried and see how she does the next few days.
