Hello! I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on what’s going on? I have an appointment to take Axel (that’s his name) to a specialist vet in a few weeks but I’m just worried as now he has this red patch on the side of him that looks like his insides are being weird :(

I’ve been treating him for fungus for a few weeks now, three days in a row I’ll salt/iodine bath him and give him one days break between. I was also treating his sister but she cleared up within 2 weeks. Axel has been getting really skinny and I’ve had to change his food so many times in the past 2 months to keep him eating, he’s had (all frozen foods) heart and prawn, community food, live neon tetras, blood worms and currently eating frozen brine shrimp and live earth worms

He’s only 7 months old I’ve been raising him and his 2 siblings since they were 9 weeks old and this is the first problem I’ve had, if anyone has any ideas on keeping a tank cool that would also be great as I live in Australia and it’s summer at the moment and I try my best to keep the tank at 18c but I’d like it to be colder
