Consult scientific name

Last year I bought 10 spotted newts from Europe.
All are very thin and weak.
So only 2 survived.
I really want to konw their scientific name? Who can tell me?
I konw distinguish of them is a little difficult.

I agree with Chinadog, they look like N. crocatus.

They're so beauty.
But I only have 50% chance.

Any idea why they are doing so bad for you? How are you keeping them? Feeding them??
