Here's a not-so-good photo of probably the smallest salamander I have ever seen. For those not familiar, this is a hatchling Seepage Salamander (Desmognathus aeneus), which is one of the two dwarf Desmognathus species which lack aquatic larvae.
This may be the first time that this species has been captive bred. I hatched out some eggs last year laid by adults collected a few months prior. I have a pretty large group of this species that I keep at home. Last year's hatchlings are nearing adult size already.
