I'm from North Carolina. I was a vet tech for many years and have kept all sorts of mammals in the past, but I'm fairly new to reptiles and amphibians. My husband and I currently have zoo in our house. The list of animals we keep as of today is:
Marbled Salamander
Axolotls x 2 (melanoid albino & melanoid)
Fire-bellied Toads x 4
Great Plains Toad
Ball Pythons x 4 (Ivory, Pastel Enchi, Mojave x 2)
Yellow-bellied Slider
Common Musk Turtle
Bearded Dragons x 2
Tarantulas x 4
Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches
Various other invertebrates
Various fish
Dog
Too many cats
It's a lot of work (and money!) keeping them all happy, but I love every bit of it.
