Red Wigglers is harmful ?

I want to feed my newts with red wigglers is that okay?
there is any risk of poison?
I searched for a long time but I'm still not sure can anyone help?

People use them to feed their salamanders. THey say they have a bitter taste and they might not like them, like they do nightcrawlers. If you don't cut them up maybe they go down better. Nightcrawlers are better. Either way, if you dig them up, make sure they come from pesticide free area.

They are selling the worms for their organic red worm fertilizer I think there is no chemical fertilizer in their area i hope this food will be easy to care and useful

I've used red worm wigglers from Walmart in the us. They don't perfer them but you can get them to eat them. I chopped them up and rinsed them in a cup of clean water before butting in tank gets rid of some of that nasty yellow stuff that probably taste fowl.
