Hi my name is jager this is my first post so sorry if I someone already posted this or asked a similar question! I got an axolotl names onyx and we are looking for good fans to cool the tank down. I’m looking for one that has at least 4 or more little fans. We ordered one off of amazon from boyu and the little part that you plug the power cord into was broken:/ so now I’m on the market for a new one. And one that is not too expensive and is reasonably priced! If you have any recommendations I would appreciate the help!

I have a Boyu branded one as well, but from ebay. It's mostly worked well but I have moved on to using a chiller. I hope you were able to get a refund from the amazon one!

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
