Good Morning
I was wondering if anyone can help. My Axoloti is 8 months old and just recently has developed some white patches on his under belly.
I am worried it may be fungus as it's a bit like cotton wool to look at.
If so what would you suggest is the best way to treat it without causing too much stress.
He eats well and seems very happy. I feed him live worms which he loves. His tank floor has no substrate as it seems to keep cleaner that way, the tank is always rid of any worms that are not eaten and kept clean.
I appreciate any help anyone can give me.
I have attached a pic of him sitting happily on his weed and one of his belly showing the white patches. There are no other patches anywhere on his body of gills.
Thanks in advance
Teresa
