So I've had my two Axolotls for nearly three weeks now, but right off the bat I had one with a constant floating issue. It started with them floating upside down, unable to actually right themself. After reading up, I seperated him out to shallow water. I read that this could either be nothing or it could be fatal, and that it was just a wait and see situation.
Well to get to the point, it's been three weeks and they're still floating, but they're upright and eating regularly. I don't know if this is just they're situation until they grow out of it, since it is still a baby, or something I should seek professional help for.
I'll provide a photo.
Yes I change his water daily, of I need to do that more I can, it just stresses him out. And he also lost a hand during transportation, say he was transported together and they must have gotten too close.
