Default Are these test results bad??

I just checked my axolotl tank and don't think these are good results

P.H- 6.6
Nitrate- 40
Ammonia- 0.25
Nitrite- 1.0

The Ph is ok though it could stand to be a little higher.

As for the other results ideally they should be
Nitrite- 0
Ammonia- 0
Nitrate- <60
