I am just getting started with my brineshrimp grow kit. I want to feed a bunch of babies soon. I'm just wondering what kind of food volume to expect for 100 little guys. I'm a bit nervous about it. Is there a better way to go about food?

I dont feed BBS.
I feed daphnia and then black worms.

I'm always an advocate for a back up plan.. some simple cultures of grindal worms or white worms will make sure you have something to fall back on in case youre BBS cultures don't go work out.

with the BBS keep in mind you will have to keep multiple hatches going.
People usually go wrong with thinking they only need one hatch.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
