Worried Axolotl Ingested Gravel

I brought home my first axolotl two days ago. I noticed s/he has a dark green underbelly. I assumed this was part of her normal coloration, but then yesterday she pooped out what appears to be a piece of aquarium gravel. She must have ingested it before I got her. Is that green color normal, or should I be worried that she ingested more gravel?

Also, normal markings or ammonia burns on tail?

You can usually see the organs in pale axolotls so it might not be the gravel that you're seeing. There might be more gravel in there however which should pass through. Watch for your axolotl bloating, floating and not pooping. If this happens you will want to fridge them.
The tail could be an injury, keep an eye on it and make sure your tank parameters are good so it can heal.
