Greater Siren fungus?

I havn't had this problem in the months I been having greater sirens has pets.But I have this small greater siren with fungus and looks like slimy shedding? and it seems that it lost it's two arms?Will it be fine?It seem to have a strong will still and likes to go to the top to get air but I put in the normal food but not taking any,I seem helpless to do anything sence I never experiance this before:confused:I have treated the whole tank and seems to be doing fine but I still don't know what esle I can do....and I don't want to lose it either...:(

    with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

    Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
