Hello!
I've been a member of the site for quite a while now, but haven't ever posted. Just lurked in the shadows to read all the other posts.
I have been a herpetologist and wildlife biologist for 13 years. I've studied/researched all kinds of herps in the field around the world. Some of my favorite projects have involved hellbenders, green iguanas, rattlesnakes, Komodo dragons, estuarine crocodiles, reticulated pythons, horned lizards, and frogs galore!
I also volunteer as a rehabber and provide permanent homes for several rescue animals... not just herps, but they are, of course, my favorites! I currently have 2 large iguanas, several turtles, African dwarf frogs, and axolotls.
Just wanted to say hello and start being a bit more active on the forums!
