Toledo, Ohio, that is.

Hi, I'm Lexi. I'm currently on the hunt for a breeder that could sell me an axie to either Toledo, Ohio, or Columbus, Ohio.

I'm new to axies themselves, and this site, so sorry if I posted this in the wrong spot!

Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome! You can post in the "wanted" section, but first you need to have a post count of 5 or more. Feel free to spend some time in the axolotl area of the forum so you can ask questions and/or offer information - this will get you to the required post count. Also, you may find sellers in the ad section that ship anywhere in the US.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
