So before anyone lectures me, I am an absolute beginner at genetics. Lets just say someone didn't do all that great in that unit in middle school bio. I have a copper mel, confirmed het copper, from leucistic and mel parents, both also het copper. I bought him from a breeder but she confirmed this. I am also interested in a melanoid who's hets I am unaware of. If I were to breed these two, would I get any copper mels/coppers? And if anyone has some good up to date articles on the basics of genetics when it comes to axolotls that would be great too! Thanks
