Hey all,

I'm new to Phoneix worms.I keep hearing how they supply the most calcium and was wandering if anyone else uses them?

Thanks:cool:

Phoenix worms appear to have a good calcium to phosphate ratio - but certainly no better than earthworms or nightcrawlers. In my opinion, they are a good source for providing variety in a diet or where the keeper is squeemish about cutting up nightcrawlers into smaller, feedable pieces. Just a note, "high calcium" doesn't mean much of anything unless D3 is provided for synthesis.
