Illness/Sickness: Something VERY wrong with my Salamander

I was away at my mom's for a few days and when I got back my Salamander looked like he had the top of his head skinned. I have no idea how this could have happened. I'm not sure if it's some sort of parasite that caused it or what. Please let me know if this is some sort of parisite or fungus that caused this and what I should do to fix it. okay....well i am not sure but it could be that Ranavirus thing. i really have no idea how to cure it. but the head redness looks a little bit like a hemorrhage and that is one symptom of the Ranavirus. it is usually near the legs though so i am not sure. and i am no expert so i very well could be wrong .that sal looks so sad sorry i cant help more. good luck! :)
