hi I´m kinda new to this salamander , what should I feed them when they came out of the water.
silly question does a salamander salamander regenerates a limb?
Is it bad for us to touch a salamander salamander?

I think you may mean Salamandra Salamandra=fire salamander? Do you have larvae?

yes.
it´s fire salamander, I was wondering what do they eat when they come out of the water.

They should eat earthworms, small crickets, small waxworms etc.

If you can teach them to feed on cut-up earthworms (fed with tweezers or toothpick), they will grow quickly.

Some people say that we shouldn´t touch them but , I do it all the time and with no problem, does anyone have any problem with the toxins on their skin.

touch them Before, and after. Lets hear about your setup/food and go from there. You need to talk to John I think.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
