Are salamanders bothered by loud music? I keep my salamander in my room and I don’t want to stress it out or something.

It depends on the species-

If it is an aquatic salamander than it probably cannot hear the music anyway, aquatic species general have a poor sense of hearing.

Most terrestrial salamanders have a strong sense of hearing compared to aquatic ones, but shouldn't be bothered too much unless the sound is loud enough to damage their ears. The only salamanders I would worry about are blind salamanders. Because of their lack of eyesight, they use there sensitive hearing to navigate and get information about whats around them.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
