My axie is at least 6 inches, maybe 7 (just can't seem to find a ruler, honestly) and the breeder I got him/her from said that gender should be a little more apparent around now. I think that she is female, but I can't be sure. Can anyone here tell? Don't mind the dirty substrate, stuff really sticks out and I just finished feeding.

Tip, A $1 (or any) bill is exactly 6 inches long. If the male is mature the bulge is double but it might be too early to tell yet depending on the temp you are keeping and the amount of food.

I printed out a scale ruler and verified that he/she is 6.8 inches. Temp is at or below 64 and I feed bloodworms until the thawed pack is empty, twice to thrice a day.

Might still be too young to tell. Often they wont show sexual maturity until 12-18 months. Both of mine are 7 months old, one is absolutely a male (no doubt at all lol) and the other I can't tell yet.
