Default Larvae ID?

Hi folks, ive got a few mystery larva i would love to get your opinions on what they could be. I live in the Upstate of South Carolina, and have found these all herping in a leafy oxbow of a local lake.

Maybe a spotted salamander? It's adorable. You'll have to keep it and see what it grows into.
