What should i feed these? wheat flower? oats? i need to keep them alive!!

i do this and still have a huge die off. I think i am just going to keep them in a small plastic container with some wood shavings and oatmeal (pure, unflavored) for food.

I liked that first link better than the second Alan! So that's what you are reading when "working" eh?

I love that kind of articles!
If anyone acts as a know-it-all my professor shows this published study he has got where it is statistically proven that the ones that think they are very smart are only moderatly talented. It's hilarious.

I keep my waxworms in the fridge and they usually do fine and are fed before they die.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
